I have a palate that enjoys almost every single bite it tastes.  There are more tastes than others however that I could eat every day for the rest of my life.  These three things are steak-medium rare, my uncle’s spaghetti and blue bell happy tracks ice cream.  I am a huge steak lover and when I eat a good steak when it almost just melts in your mouth is a moment of pure bliss for me.  My uncle is Italian and he makes hands down the best spaghetti I have ever eaten and probably ever will eat.  I’ve got a wicked sweet tooth and my favorite ice cream of choice would have to be happy tracks, from blue bell company.

I’ll never forget the first time I went hiking in the mountains up to a waterfall.  It was probably the most beautiful place I have ever been to.  Everything was so lush and green around the water fall and the pool underneath it.  The rocks were incredibly smoothed by the water and the wildlife was everywhere of every color.  The sound of the rushing water hitting the pool and the feel of just clean mountain untouched water was magnificent.   I made the same trip again at sunset and with no one else around it proved to be the most peaceful place on earth at that moment.

Everyone wants to join the millionaire club.  However, most of us never achieve that goal because the cost of getting to one million dollars or more is much harder to do.  If I won the lottery, my life would definitely change.  I would be able to pay off my debts, my family’s debts and buy a house where my children can play safely in the fenced in backyard and grow up in.  I would like to be able to give some money to local families in need as well as local charities.  Another major way my life would change would be how I save money.  You can’t win the lottery and not be smart about it.  I plan on if ever winning the lottery to use the money wisely and to save and invest the rest so that my life and the life of my children and their future children can benefit as well.

There is nothing more important in this world than family.  The ties of family grow stronger when families create or participate in traditions.  We have a family tradition that goes back to when I was young enough to remember and look forward to that time of year.  Christmas was when all of my aunts and uncle would come in with my cousins and for about 4 days it was the best time ever.  When I got old enough, I was invited to play a card game called “Bouree” with the adults.  This was a time of teasing and big card talk, but all was in fun as we only played for nickels.  I could hear stories about family members I hadn’t heard before.  I fully intend on passing down this tradition of family and games to my two children.
