My favorite television show is Andy Griffin. I can’t believe I am still able to get this on TV land. How homey and down to earth can you get? I still watch it because, basically I believe in those old-fashioned morals. I love the small town setting, where everyone knows each other. I really wish I had an aunt Bee to take care of me. How great would that be? Everyone would love to come home from work and have dinner waiting on the table. I would love to sit on my front porch the way they do and really just smell the air. I can’t remember when the last time I went to town to get a soda pop. The characters are great and the show is really more of a longing for the past. Even criminals get a fair shake there. Aunt bee’s cooking? I’ll stay in jail.
